KTA Spindle Toolings LLP has manufactured tapping chucks and tap adaptors for more than 30 years, and precision tool holders for more than 15. Today we are among India's largest precision tool holder manufacturers, with a monthly capacity of 10,000 holders and around 60% of output exported worldwide. Every holder is produced in-house — from raw material to final inspection — under our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.

Manufactured in-house, end to end
Turning, taper grinding, profile finishing, balancing and final inspection all happen under one roof at our Hinjewadi plant. Dedicated CNC turning and grinding sections with marked material-flow aisles keep a monthly output of 10,000 holders consistent — batch after batch.

KTA Spindle Toolings is certified to ISO 9001:2015 by AGSI Certification for the design, manufacture and supply of tool holders. Taper contact, runout and balancing grade are verified against documented inspection plans before any holder leaves the works.
